This Grappa is made from fresh, selected Chardonnay pomace of Trentino origin. Distillation is carried out the traditional way, using a discontinuous , steam, bain-marie still. This produces a very elegant grappa the high quality of which can be sensed in its fine, elegant aroma, and soft, dry flavour.
