Made from distillation of pomaces of white aromatic grapes like Muller Thurgau and Moscato. Grapes are gently pressed, in order to preserve the characteristic aromas. Traditional distillation in a bain-marie with batch alembic. Grappa ages for 8 years in small acacia barrels of different origins, in order to obtain a unique and unmistakable blend of fragrances. It has a mellow taste and aromatic scent. Riserva Acacia has a complex body, rich of fragrances. Its taste is precious and well-structured. In the palate it is precious and complex.
