Made from distillation of pomace of red grapes like Lagrain and Pinot Nero. Grapes are gently squeezed, in order to preserve the characteristic aromas. Traditional distillation in a bain-marie with batch alembic. The grappa ages for 8 years in small cherry barrels of different origins, in order to obtain a unique and unmistakable blend of fragrances. Its aroma and taste are rounded and delicate. A full taste grappa of great personality and wide fragrance, with a fine and elegant bouquet. Complex body and mellowness are in perfect harmony.
