Selection of red pomaces of local vines, like Teroldego Rotaliano and Marzemino d’Isera. Grapes are gently squeezed, in order to preserve the characteristic aromas. Traditional distillation in a bain-marie with batch alembic. Grappa ages for 8 years in small Quercus Petrae oak, a strong wood with excellent qualities, light and pure colour, of different origins, in order to obtain a unique and unmistakable blend of fragrances. A grappa of full taste and great personality. It is an explosion of sensations with a complex fragrance and strong body (46,5% vol. ) that exalts the selection work of the Grappa together with the slow and patient ripening. The taste is rich, of great structure ad long persistence. Round and mellow taste in a full-bodied distillate.
