Made from Pinot Noir, some macerated briefly on the skins, and chardonnay in the extra-dry style, with a medium-high dosage of about 16 grams per litre and a minimum of 24 months' maturation sur lie.Light salmon pink, which varies according to the ripeness level of Pinot Noir grapes. Fragrant, fruit-forward bouquet, with rich , heady scents of wild red berry fruit. Very full in the mouth, offering a velvety rounded texture.Outstanding aperitif, but lovely with charcuterie, fish and crustaceans appetizers. It pairs well with fruit-based sweets and with cheeses, even well-matured.
