The grapes are left to wither on the vines, in order to allow a very high sugar concentration. The must obtained from a gentle pressing is fermented in barriques where it ages for two years. Refining in bottle lasts at least 6 months.Golden colour with intense tinges. Delicate aroma of candied fruit and apricot. Warm, sweet, and velvety taste.
