Ageing lasts 30 months and takes place in Slavonian oak barrels. Refining in bottle at least for 6 months.Intense ruby red colour with garnet tones. On the nose a fine, ample, variegated, notes of spices and vanilla. The taste is dry but soft, consistent yet not aggressive tannins, very persistent. Longevity: 20 years.It pairs well with grilled meat, venison, dry cheeses and truffle.
