Caspagnolo Chianti Colli Senesi Vineyards' age: from 10 to 20 years. Fermentation and maceration in steel basins at controlled  temperature  for 10-12 days, with caps punched down by pneumatic rakes. Short rest in Slavonian oak barrels. Refining in bottle for 3 to 4 months.It has a well balanced, warm flavour, with harmonious roundness in tannins, a fruity fragrance with hints of black-currant and violet, bright ruby red colour. Longevity: 10 years.Perfect accompaniment to important first courses and roasted white meats.
