Fermentation and maceration in steel basins at controlled temperature for 10-12 days, with caps punched down by pneumatic rakes. Ageing for 3 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Refining in bottles for 5 months.Ruby red colour. Fruity scent with notes of notes of wild berries, black-currant and violet. In the mouth is very harmonious, soft and has an elegant finish.Perfect accompaniment to pasta , roasted white meat and cheeses.
