Fermentation and maceration in steel vats at controlled temperature for 10-12 days, with caps punched down by pneumatic rakes. It ages for 10 months in Slavonian oak. Refining in bottle lasts 4 months.Intense and bright ruby red colour. Elegant and complex scent, with notes of spices (cocoa, tobacco and vanilla) as well as toasted almond. In the mouth it is very harmonious, gently, and has an elegant aftertaste. Its taste is dry, gently and harmonic, rich in velvety sensations, very persistent.It is a perfect accompaniment to important pasta dishes, roasted white meat and cheeses.
