Fermentation during one week at controlled temperature. Ageing takes place partly in stainless steel tanks, and partly in barrique.
Straw yellow with golden hues. The intense perfume reminds of exotic fruits. In the mouth it is rounded, harmonious and persistent with an excellent structure.
It pairs well with first courses, fish, white meats and matured cheeses.
