Fermentation in stainless steel and skin contact. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in stainless steel for 6 months with microxygenation.Purple-flecked ruby red. Aromas of black cherry over nuances of dried plum and spicy, sage-like herbs. On the palate is balanced, with abundant but well-integrated tannins, a tasty acidity, and an harmonic finish.Accompaniments: full-flavoured dishes such as meat-sauced pappardelle, roast chicken, and medium-aged cheeses.
