The full ripened grapes are vinified at controlled temperature. Bottle storage in the spring following the harvest.Brilliant ruby red colour. Intense perfume, with hints of ripe red fruit. Its flavour is pleasantly fresh and smooth, full bodied and persistent.Particularly suited to pair with pastas, savoury dishes, white meats and soup , also based on fish.
