Produced in the Orvieto Classic zone. After undergoing soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, it is bottled in the Rocca delle Macìe cellars.Brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Fruity and refined on the nose, it tastes dry and refreshing in the mouth.Perfect when combined with fish courses, vegetables and white meats.
