After fermentation most of the wine matures in French oak barrels, while a small proportion is aged in barriques. Ageing in bottle for one year.Intense ruby red colour, with garnet reflections. The nose is intense, with hints of wild berries and a well-balanced spiciness. On the palate is warm and properly sapid, with ripe red fruit aromas and a long finish.Perfect with red meats, roasts, and venison.
