Fermentation at controlled temperature. About 15% of the Sangiovese ages in small French oak barrels for about six months.Intense ruby red in colour. Very intense and complex perfume, with fruity aromas of cherry, blackberry and raspberry. Smooth flavour with a good structure. It has a pleasant freshness and a long persistent aromatic finish. It pairs well with meats or cheese and it is pleasant also drank by itself.
