Grapes are harvested during the first days of October with manual selection of the best quality bunches. The wine ages in Slavonia oak barrels for 3 years. Bottle fining for 6 months.Intense ruby red colour. Fine and ethereal perfume, intense, with hints of ripe fruits. Its flavour is rounded and well-balanced. Excellent aromatic persistence.Suitable for venison, wild game, braised meat and matured cheeses.
