Selected full ripened grapes, cultivated in Mezzolombardo vineyards, are fermented over the skins. Malolactic fermentation and racking. Ageing for about 4 months in refined big oak barrels.Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections, becoming garnet with age. Its perfume is broad and intense. The flavours is warm, dry, sapid with a slightly bitter aftertaste, soft tannins. Harmonious.Excellent with refined dishes as venison or stewed meat.
