After a late harvest and left to dry in wooden crates, the grapes are pressed in December.
The must is fermented and refined in stainless steel.
It is an exclusive wine with a fascinating golden colour. Very elegant Aroma reminiscent of ripened fruit, well balanced by the captivating acidity.
A wine to be appreciated in the beginning of an important meal like Mousse, foie gras, or matured cheeses, desserts and fruit jams.
