Maceration of the grapes, fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks.
Typical of South Tyrol, yellow colour with an unmistakable and unique fragrance. Aroma of roses and mixed spices with pepper, nutmeg and cloves. On the palate it reveals a long final persistence and its usual tasty profile.
This wine has no rivals between aromatic wines, it is extremely well suited to serve as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to refined dishes, especially based on fish, lobster above all.
