Line: Linea Classica
Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel for 15 days, ageing in big oak casks for 12 months. Scarlet, vanilla flavoured scent, warm and broad, reminiscent of red ripened fruit. Its flavour is full, clear, and it also has a velvety smoothness. A red wine with distinction and only to be found in South Tyrol.
It pairs well with roasted meats and matured cheeses.
