Fermentation with various plunging of the cap and pumping over in the tank. Aged in new barrels for 12 months.
Dark red colour, almost black, its perfumes reminds of fruits of the forest, cocoa and a trace of vanilla. In the mouth, Lagrein, shows its immense structure, with finely-integrated acidity and smooth tanning agent lingering harmoniously.
It exalts itself if consumed with dishes particularly elaborated, based on red meats, poultry and especially lamb.
