Grapes are dried for 4 months in fruit storage structures, then pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel for 40 days at 15°C. Ageing in barriques for about 2/3 years. Ageing in bottle for about 6 months.Strong ruby red colour with slight hint of amber. Clear and transparent. Ageing aromas such as roasting, vanilla and tobacco together with red fruits such as redcurrants, raspberries and cherries under spirits. Notes of honey and alcohol. Elegant flavour and strong structure with good acidity. The after-taste confirms the notes in the aroma. Long and persistent flavour. It matches well with red meats and cheese.
