Grapes are pressed and after a brief contact with the skins, the must is decanted and undergoes alcoholic fermentation at 18-20°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled after it becomes biologically and chemically stable. Bottle refinement for 2 months.Yellow colour with green reflections. Clear and transparent. Intense and complex, fruity bouquet. Good body and good acidity. Round flavour with a lively and dry termination. It is a perfect accompaniment to appetizers, light fish dishes and white meats.
