Drying in fruit storage structures for 1 month. Fermentation with maceration for 14 days at a temperature of 28°C. The must undergoes malolactic fermentation. Ageing takes place in Slavonia oak barrels for about two years and, in bottle, for 6 months.Strong ruby red colour with garnet reflections. Clear and transparent. A wood aroma mixes with the vanilla of Slavonia oak. Good body, good structure, lively acidity and alcohol content are well balanced with tannins. A complex and elegant wine. An all-dinner wine, from pasta to cheeses.
